Stir Fried Vegetables in Black sesame oil

Ingredients:
For the Stir fry
1 tbsp. of Virgin black sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. of minced ginger
8 peas, trimmed
1 1/2 cup of mushrooms, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 small carrots, sliced
salt as per taste

For the Sauce:
2 tbsp. low sodium sauce
2 tbsp water
2 tsp virgin black sesame oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cornstarch

Method:
1. Take a thick bottomed pan and heat it on medium-high heat
2. Pour oil in the pan, add minced garlic and ginger saute till fragrant for about a minute
3. Add all the sliced vegetables and cook till it becomes tender for 8-10 minutes 
4. Add salt in it
5. In a bowl mix corn starch, soy sauce, virgin black sesame oil, water, and sugar and add it into the pan
6. cook until thickened for about 2 minutes
7. Serve it with hot rice
