Chole Masale

Ingredients: 
1.2 tomatoes grinded into a fine paste
2. 1 small cup of anardana paste( soak the dried powder of anardana for half an hour and make a fine paste with it)
3. 2 green chilies chopped
4. 1-2 bay leaf
5. 1-2 whole dried red chilies
6. 1 tsp cumin seeds
7. 1 tsp amchur powder
8. 1 tsp turmeric powder
9. 1 tsp red chili powder
10. 1 tsp coriander powder
11. 1 tbsp chole masala
12. 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
13. salt as per taste
14. 1 bowl soaked and boiled chickpeas( cook chickpeas with salt and tea leaves for enhancing the color)

Method:
1. Heat a non stick pan and pour BNB Refined Sesame oil in it
2. As the oil got hot add some cumin seeds into it.
3. As soon as the cumin seeds begin to crackle add chopped green chillies along with bayleaf and dried red chilli and saute it for a minute
4. Add anardana paste and tomato paste into the pan and mix it well
5. Add dried coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and give it a mix
6. Saute it till the grevy becomes thick and oil starts releasing in the pan
7. Add boiled chickpeas and mix it well
8. Add the other spices like amchur powder, chole masala and salt and mix thoroughly so that it get coated well
9. Add little water for even coating and mixing off all the spices
10. Garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves 
11. Serve it hot with Bhature of your choice
