Jaggery Pancakes


Ingredients: 
3 cup jaggery
2 teaspoon powdered cardamom
1 handful shredded coconut
4 cup wheat flour
3 cup milk
BNB Refined oil

Method: 
Step 1
To start with, take a bowl and add milk, cardamon powder, whole wheat flour, grated jaggery . Mix well and ensure that there are no lumps.
Step 2
Take a non-stick pan and keep it on medium flame. Heat BNB Refined oil in the pan. Pour in a spoonful of the batter on the pan and cook it.
Step 3
Let it turn golden brown in color from both the sides. Remove from flame and serve hot by garnishing with shredded coconut.
