Kadhai Paneer with Sesame Oil

Ingredients: 
1. Paneer Cubes fried and soaked in warm water
2. 1/2 green capsicum, 1/2 red capsicum, 1/2 yellow capsicum diced 
3. 1 Onion cut into squares
4. 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic minced
5. 1 Tomato and 1 Onion cut into small pieces 
6. Green chillies according to taste 
7. For Bhuna Masala Powder- Dry roast red chilli flakes, cumin seed , Coriander seeds and grind them into a  coarse powder.
8. 1 tsp cumin powder
9. 1 tsp turmeric powder
10. 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder 
11. 1 tsp Amchur Powder 
For the Gravy: 
8. Red Paste- 1 Tomato and Onion Paste 
9. White Paste: 1 tbsp of Watermelon seeds, 2-3 green chillies , 1-inch cinnamon stick 
10. Mixed Paste - 1 Tomato, 1 Onion, 1-2 Green Cardmom, 1 tbsp Watermelon Seeds, 1 Black Cardmom ground into a fine paste.
11. Grated Mawa, 1 tsp butter, 1 tsp fresh cream, coriander leaves for garnishing 
12. Salt as per taste

10. Mixed paste- 1 Tomato, 1 ONION, 1-2 green cardamom, 1 tbsp watermelon seeds,1 black cardamom ground into a fine paste
11. Grated mawa, 1 tsp butter, 1 tbsp fresh cream, coriander leaves for garnishing
12. salt as per taste

Method:
1. Cut Paneer cubes of 1-inch size, fry it and soak them in warm water along with some salt in it so that it will become soft even after frying
2. Cut Onion, bell peppers ( all the three red, yellow and green) into squares
3. Make red paste by grinding  all the ingredients mentioned above
4. Make white paste by grinding all the ingredients mentioned above
5. Make mixed paste  by grinding all the ingredients mentioned above
6. Heat a pan, add BNB Refined Sesame oil and put minced ginger-garlic and toss it for a minute
7. Add green chillies along with bell peppers and diced onion and saute it for a while
8. Add red paste and mix it for few seconds
9. Put the white paste along with the mixed paste and saute it for few more seconds
10. Add all the spices along with the bhuna masala powder and mix it well
11. Put the grated mawa and give it a mix
12. Add the paneer cubes and toss it lightly so that paneer cubes remain intact
13. Garnish it with some fresh cream and coriander leaves along with some bhuna masala powder on top 
14. serve it hot with your favorite chapati
