Japanese dressing with Roasted Sesame oil

Ingredients:
3 tbsp white sesame seeds
2 to 3 tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp Roasted Sesame oil

Method:
1. Heat a pan and roast sesame seeds till fragrant.
2. Grind the  roasted sesame seeds with a mortar and pastel or in a mixer grinder to a coarse powder
3. Take a bowl to add rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, roasted sesame powder, and roasted sesame oil and mix it well
4. It can be refrigerated for about 3 weeks
5. Enjoy the dressing with your favorite noodles and bread
