Roasted cashews with goodness of Sesame

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Refined sesame oil
2-star anise pods
1 tablespoon peppercorns
1 cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon roasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
A pinch of grounded cloves
3 cups cashews
2 teaspoon black sesame seeds
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degree celsius
2. Take a thick bottom pan and roast anise pods, fennel seeds, peppercorns, cinnamon stick on a low flame till fragrant for about 1 minute
3. Remove from heat, add brown sugar, soy sauce, clove powder, and the roasted mix with cashews and mix it properly by adding a tablespoon of water so that the sugar dissolves in it.
4. Mix well so that all the cashews got coated well
5. Spread the coated mixture in a rimmed baking sheet in an even layer while tossing in between and sprinkle the black sesame seeds/ white sesame seeds over it.
6.  Bake it for 15-20 mins till golden brown and crisp 
7.  Serve it hot
