Grilled brinjals with Sesame crunch

Ingredients :
2 big sized brinjals (baingan) cut into 8 thick slices
2 tsp of sesame oil (til oil)
salt  to taste

For Dressing :
1 tbsp of roasted sesame seeds (til)
1 tsp red chili sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame (til) oil
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1/4 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1/4 tsp dried rosemary
salt as per taste

Method :
1. Heat a grill pan and brush some sesame oil in it
2. Place all the 8 slices of brinjal in it and sprinkle some salt over it and cook them on medium flame
3. Let it cook for 4-5 mins and then gently flip them
4. Cook them from both the sides till they become golden brown from both the sides
5. Transfer these slices on a clean and dry surface and cut them into strips using a sharp knife
6. Add all the strips of brinjal into the thick-bottomed bowl and combine it with the dressing mixture and toss them well so that each strip get coated well from all around
7. serve it immediately
