Paneer with Sesame tarka

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup paneer (cottage cheese) cut into half-inch pieces
2. 1 tbsp sesame seeds (til)
3. 1 tbsp sesame oil (til oil)
4. 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
5. 1/4 cup spring onions
6. 1 cup vegetable stock
7. 1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water, salt and black pepper powder to taste
8. 2 tsp ginger juliennes

Method :
1. Heat the pan, drizzle some oil and saute the paneer for 2 mints then keep it aside
2. Pour the rest of the oil in the pan and add sesame seeds and ginger strips and saute till the seeds turn golden yellow in color
3. Add capsicum and spring onion whites and saute it for next two more minutes
4. Put the paneer cubes and vegetable stock together and while mixing it bring it to a boil
5. Add spring onion greens, salt, and pepper to the mixture
6. Pour the cornflour batter and mix it well till the gravy thickens
7. Serve it hot with your favorite chapati
