Refunding of amount / payment:-
We offer a 100% money back guaranty. If you are not satisfied with any of the products that you have purchased from us, we will give you a 100% refund (excluding delivery charge wherever appropriate).
Returns for refund must be received back into the warehouse within 15 days from the date of delivery. When returning goods, please quote the - order number, your name, name of the product, Bank Account number and bank name and the reason why you are returning the goods. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
The purchased product must not be opened or used for a refund. The purchased product must be in the same form as when delivered to you, for the refund of money.
Replacement of product:-
In a few cases, we ensure that pickup is arranged at the earliest and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner.
Replacement is subject to the availability of stock with us. In case a replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same.
We will take the refunded product back and if already paid the corresponding value would be refunded to you through bank account or any other payment method to your satisfaction.
No cash refunds:
In case of prepaid orders, if any part of it remains short delivered due to some reason, the corresponding value would be refunded to you through bank account.
The amount will be refunded to you between 3-15 working days. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact us and we will gladly help you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and initiate your refund request.
Any product / products bought during a 'SALE" (discount of any kind) will not be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Cancellation policy:
Goods once ordered and payment made can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement of order. B. N Exports Pvt. Ltd. will accept the cancellation request upto 24 hrs. Also, any change of the original order too can be done within 24 hours of replacement.
